The group needs someone to watch out for everybody’s feelings and well being.
Ø He will be careful to watch the group dynamics, making sure no one person dominates the discussion.
Ø He will attempt to draw out or call on any man that is not saying anything in a kind manner.
Ø He will be kind and compassionate.
Ø He will have a passion to see others grow in the Lord. His passions will run deep and may become discouraged at times and may need encouraging himself. His passion can be for service projects, helping those who need help in the group or others in the community that the men can get involved in with him.
Ø He will be a growing Christian, involved in his local church.
Ø He should follow up on anyone who misses to make sure everything is okay and encourage him to come back.
Ø He will have a desire to pray for the men and the community.
His spiritual gifts will include some of the following:
· Mercy
· Helps
· Exhortation (encouragement)
· Shepherd (pastor)
· Administration
